Our responsibility and the applicability of this privacy policy

When it comes to the processing of your personal data, we are the so-called ‘responsible party’ in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This means that we decide which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what way.

This privacy policy applies to all our services and agreements. By using our website or entering into an agreement, you indicate your acceptance of our privacy policy.

What personal data do we process?

Personal data is any data that can provide information about an identifiable natural person.

Amongst other things, we use and process your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and occasionally bank details. We need these details in order to contact you, to be able to carry out and fulfil the agreements made with you. We may also use these details to send you informative or commercial messages relating to our company. If you visit our website, we may use cookies to monitor your surfing behaviour. What do we do with your data?

Execute agreement

We process this data to be able to carry out orders or other assignments. We also provide this data to others when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement. Think of a transporter or parcel service. We require these persons to handle this information with care and only to use it for the purpose for which we make it available to them.

Newsletters

We like to keep our customers and those who have given their permission informed and can also use the personal data for sending (electronic) newsletters.

You have the right to inspect the personal data that we process, the right to correct this data or have it removed. You also have the right to request us to transfer the digital data that we process to a third party to be determined by you.
